The second half of the liability conversation
The operators who carry decommissioning obligations carry emissions obligations at the same time. Methane is regulated in Alberta through the Alberta Energy Regulator’s Directive 060 on flaring, incinerating and venting, and Directive 017 on measurement, and the measurement, reporting and verification burden that comes with them is real, recurring field work.
What we are building
ProCur Mitigation is standing up methane measurement services: survey, quantification, reporting and reconciliation support, and fugitive-emissions field work, delivered by the same crews, under the same safety management system and the same documentation discipline as our metals work.

The division is in development. Equipment selection, technician certification and service scope are being finalised. If you carry a Directive 060 measurement or reconciliation requirement and want to talk early, we would like the conversation. It shapes what we build.
