The package
What the capability package contains
- Capability Statement: fleet, sites, safety posture and commercial framework
- Net Scrap Share commercial framework: mechanism, settlement schedule, documentation set
- HSE Manual (Rev 2.0) and Emergency Response Plan
- Safe Job Procedures SJP-01 through SJP-05 and the worker acknowledgement record
- WHMIS Program Manual (Rev 1.0) and yard chemical inventory
- WCB-Alberta clearance letter
- Certificate of insurance: $5M CGL, with the Prime named as additional insured on award
- Operator ticket matrix, by operator
- Equipment list with operational status, maintenance schedule and competency assignment
- Document Library Index: all 96 controlled documents with revision numbers
Mill account names, supplier history, standing letters and the full insurance declarations page are available as part of a formal pre-qualification submission, on signed NDA where commercially appropriate.
Walk-through
Come and look at it
Our William Short Road processing yard is set up for procurement walk-throughs: signage, segregation bays, muster point, visitor sign-in and equipment staging. If you are evaluating us as a subcontractor, the fastest way to finish that evaluation is to stand in the yard for forty-five minutes. We will arrange it within the week.

How fast does the package arrive?
Request before 3pm Mountain Time and it arrives the same business day.
Is ProCur SECOR certified?
Not yet, and we won’t say so until it is true. ProCur is a SECOR-eligible small employer under the Energy Safety Canada framework, with audit submission targeted for summer 2026 and pre-audit documentation accumulating through active SiteDocs deployment since February 2026.
What insurance is in place?
$5,000,000 commercial general liability, bound and active, with the Prime named as additional insured on contract award. Environmental impairment liability placement is in progress at a $2,000,000 minimum limit to align with the OWA Prime standard requirement. Auto and cargo coverage is in force across the fleet.
Are you on ISNetworld or ComplyWorks?
Enrolment in both is in progress, activating alongside finalisation of insurance bindings. The honest status is stated here and updated as each lands.
