The four sites
Four sites, one operation
Processing yard: 12135 William Short Road NW, Edmonton
Our lead site and the location for Prime Contractor procurement walk-throughs. The mobile shear, the Liebherr and the excavators stage here. Internal processing posture; chain of custody stays clean.
Truck and bin laydown: 7410 120 Avenue NW, Edmonton
One acre. Kenworth tri-drives, Volvo roll-offs, gondolas and the 20 roll-off bins stage here.

Administration only. No intake or processing at this location.
Industrial satellite: Thorhild County, Township Road 584
3.5 acres, formally industrial-zoned, with year-round road access on a silica-maintained township road. No spring weight bans: operational capacity is preserved through March to May when much of the province faces road restrictions.
Haul zone
Where we work
Central and northern Alberta, W4 through W5, townships 45 to 75. Within that zone the Orphan Well Association’s current inventory holds 2,099 active sites, of which 198 are scrap-relevant project types: facility decommissioning, pipeline, equipment removal and third-party riser removal. Province-wide the OWA’s active scope runs to 6,705 records, with 690 of them scrap-relevant. We plan routing and bin logistics against that map.

The road-ban argument
March to May, most of the province slows down. We don’t.
When spring road bans take haul capacity out of the market, the Thorhild satellite keeps ours available. If your program cannot pause for breakup, that is the conversation to have in February.
